REGISTRATION OF COMPETITORS AND ENTRY FEE

Registration for the competition is conducted exclusively online via the official Turnio portal.

Participation is subject to valid registration in the Slovak Archery Association (SLZ) or another WA-affiliated national federation. Participation is also conditional upon holding a national or international PARA classification. Applications will close once the maximum hall capacity is reached, based on the exact order of received registrations.

The target allocation/draw will be conducted by the organizer in the presence of at least one member of the judging panel.

The entry fee is set at €25 per archer. It must be paid via bank transfer according to the instructions generated during registration.

Registration becomes valid and binding only upon full payment of the entry fee. Archers will be officially placed on the list of registered participants only after the payment is received.

In case of non-attendance, the entry fee is forfeited in favor of the organizer. The fee is refundable only if the archer withdraws in writing no later than December 20, 2026. After this date, the right to a refund expires. Any financial settlement and fee refunds (subject to cancellation terms) will be processed via bank transfer within 14 days after the official end of the competition.

TECHNICAL PROVISIONS AND CATEGORIES The entire sporting event is governed by the current World Archery (WA) rules, SLZ competition regulations, and provisions of this schedule. Shot in one line/flight. Qualification follows standard WA H1-18m rules.

• Para Recurve Open (Men + Women) • Para Compound Open (Men + Women) • W1 (Men + Women) • Visually Impaired (Men + Women)

Note: In the event of low participation (fewer than 4 archers), the organizer reserves the right to merge categories.

09:45 – 10:00: Warm-up / Practice

10:00: Start of Qualification (20-min break after 10 ends) Sunday — Eliminations

13:45: Warm-up before eliminations

14:00: 1/8 Finals (1/8)

14:30: Quarterfinals (1/4)

15:00: Semifinals (1/2)

15:30: Bronze Medal Matches

16:00: Gold Medal Matches

AWARDS AND PRIZES

The award ceremony will take place immediately after the completion of all final eliminations. Official awards will be presented to the top three competitors in each division.

CATERING AND ACCOMMODATION

The organizer does not provide catering or accommodation, but various options are available in the surrounding area. Food delivery can be ordered via services such as BOLT. SAFETY AND ORDER REGULATIONS All registered archers compete entirely at their own risk and responsibility. Competitors, accompanying persons, and spectators are required to respect and strictly comply with all operating rules and directions of the sports hall owner/operator. To protect the sports floor surface, clean indoor sports footwear is strictly mandatory for entering the hall floor. This rule applies equally to archers, personal assistants, and club coaches. Serious failure to comply with this rule may lead to disqualification from the competition. Only registered support teams, coaches, and essential assistants are allowed on the hall floor alongside competitors.
